Nah, this isn't it.
But I'll be honest, I haven't been running around pushing our little community, either. It's here. Use it or don't.
I can say Dawn has been swamped in real life. I have been stressed beyond stress in real life. And honestly my muse hasn't been much in the mood for forum-play as much as 'real time' play.
The room also receives slightly more RP traffic, though people don't just hang out and chat in the room (not that they can't). But it's a hybrid room, which means it's hidden from the normal room-lists for Infinity Bound, and it's titled The Athenaeum. You enter it like a private room, for those not familiar.
It's not dead. I have some RP going on it now, albeit I am sucking at posting.. ~*Eyes shift*~ .. It's just slow.
